Thank you for your interest in purchasing THRIVE: A Limbus Company Recruitment Zine. 

By purchasing a product from this store, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

★ All products are for personal use only. Products may not be reprinted, redistributed, or sold for commercial use.

★ Shipping fees are allocated to their specific bundles due to the total weight. If you wish to do a Group Order (GO) with better shipping rates, please contact THRIVE’s mod team.

★ Our store does not collect VAT at checkout. Any VAT charges or customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

★ All updates and announcements regarding the production and shipping process will be sent through email and posted on our socials. We are not responsible for forgotten orders, missed deadlines, or expired tracking numbers. 

 

☆ Shipping & Delivery ☆

All products in this shop are pre-order items. They will not be shipped until all books and merchandise have been produced. Shipping is estimated to happen in late November/early December 2025, but this is subject to delays. Any such delays will be announced through our social media accounts. There will be no refunds or returns due to delayed shipping times.

All physical orders will be shipped out from Singapore except for areas where shipping is disabled. 

All orders include tracking. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it has been shipped.

  • US orders - Customers will not be responsible for paying any Tariff or related fees. All US orders will be shipped to our US mod first and then mailed to each customer. Please note this means items for US orders may take a bit longer than other places before placing an order.

  • International orders - Import duties, VAT, Lucid charges, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs or border services to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

  • All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped together in the same shipment. If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or each to a different address, please place separate orders.

Digital items will only be sent out after all physical orders have been shipped. The zine will have printing permissions locked behind a password so they cannot be printed. Digital zines will be sent from the email [email protected]


☆ Return, Exchange & Refund Policy ☆

THRIVE will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Order has not been shipped out yet and was requested to be cancelled.

  • Order was lost or returned due to an incorrectly printed address on THRIVE’s part (address on the label is different from the one on the order).
  • Missing/wrong items due to a logistics error on THRIVE’s part. 


THRIVE
will NOT offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Items were stolen/lost/damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company (package left in the rain, bent to fit mailboxes, etc).
  • Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to THRIVE by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on Twitter and via email closer to the shipping period.

  • Order was delivered at a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order. 


All sales are final after orders have been shipped.
We will only issue a full refund if your order has not been shipped yet. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting a refund for your order.

Orders returned to THRIVE due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be refunded. The buyer can opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping again. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent, they will only be refunded the value of the product.

The Thrive mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order should they violate any of the policies above.

  • How long is the preorder period?
    Preorders will be open from 1 July 8:00 to 31 July 11:59 (PST)
    . We will make announcements on our social media pages if we decide to extend the preorders period.

  • What currency do you use?
    All prices are in USD.
     

  • Are you shipping worldwide?
    We will ship worldwide as long as there are no shipping suspensions to your country. Please be sure to verify this before placing an order. If we find issues sending packages to your country, we will send notification via email and can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.

  • Do you allow group orders?
    If you’re interested in doing group orders, please send us an email at [email protected]

    We will coordinate with you on how to handle the group orders.

    Please note that the Thrive team is not responsible or liable for any issues regarding group orders outside of the order request.

  • I'm interested in a different bundle now that it has unlocked stretch goals and contains new merch items. Am I able to change my order after purchasing?

    Yes you may! Please email us at [email protected] and provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under). We will issue a refund of your current order to you, which will take roughly 1-3 days to appear in your account. You may then make your new order via the shop!

    Please note that we only accept order changes during the Preorders period. 

  • Following this, production will take roughly 2-4 months. Please follow us on social media for updates on production and shipping.
